Notification of cancellation must be made via email at least seven (7) days prior to the delivery or pick-up date in order to receive a partial refund of monies paid. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made with less than seven (7) days notice.
For Signature, Simplicity & Petit Tier cakes, we reserve the right to refuse elaborate modification requests and such requests may incur an additional fee. Please confirm pricing and ability to modify prior to purchasing. We are not responsible for cakes that are damaged during customer transport for pickup orders. For deliveries only– if the recipient at the listed address is not accessible by phone during the selected delivery window, the delivery driver will wait for an extra 10 minutes- any additional time will incur an additional fee. If the recipient is not accessible, and the delivery driver has to make an additional attempt to deliver, this will also incur an additional fee.
Flavor requests, modifications, or changes to our established menu cannot be placed through this portal. Please submit such requests and orders via email, phone, or in person.
